A young magus-in-training currently studying in The Clock Tower in order to perfect her own magecraft and to continue her family line (at least, what she was informed by her parents). She's not really too keen on searching for the Root (unlike most of her peers... or basically any other magi of superior caliber) but she's doing her best to learn what she needs to learn and, at least, pass enough for her to practice other form of magecraft. And probably explore the World for all its worth.

Personality
Cheerful and optimistic, Michelle can be easily passed off as some normal-looking teenager trying to get by in the world, with normal problems and normal issues a person her age could have. One wouldn't even think twice of her as some Magus from a respectable (but not prestigious) family of Magi, but she do have the making of one with her go-getter attitude and her quick thinking.She is the sort of a person who, when calmed down and manage to focus properly, can get things done and find solutions when she put her mind into it. As a friendly person, she is one of those rare Magus from the Clock Tower who isn't 'eccentric' enough to yearn obsessively for The Root but, rather, she only wished to learn what she can in order to make her mark in the world. A curious being, she enjoys discovering things and learning those that are of unknown; open-minded and thoughtful as she always look at different angle of things before making quick judgement.However, she is finicky and fickle; oftentimes having various ideas and thoughts but only doing half of them and changing them out of whim. She is somewhat of a 'naive' individual who probably is comparable of a young child still believing in superheroes, sunshines and rainbows (though, if gotten to know better and spent enough time with her, one would know that she is also a realist and is fully aware of the 'grayer' side of humanity). She gets distracted easily and tends to fumble whenever she gets into awkward situations or ones that she doesn't know what to do with it and, oftentimes, gets worrysome over the smallest of things.

Though not as esteemed as the various Magus Clan all around the World, The Darwins are known to be a respectable Magi of their own caliber and, admittedly that she finds her own capabilities above average at best, Michelle is best known (at least to her peers in the Clock Tower) for her exemplary skills in Enchantment Magecraft.While lacking combatant skills (something that has been commented to her numerous times) she utilizes her Magecraft to enchant various items for various uses; from utilitarian to assisting her in numerous activities, to showing limited amounts of autonomy and nearly imitating those of Automatas and Golems from the olden times.Unfortunately, the latter one is more of a 'work-in-progress' as Michelle has yet to fully compute the exact Mana she needs to give to such 'autonomous machina', thus ending most of them explode and, at most, using them as 'live ammunition' when she needs to get away from trouble. It's still a working progress and she usually keeps writing down her observations and results down just in case.
